    if we purchase a character magic band and have it with us when we check in will they be able to activate it for us? Also, if we bring ones from other trips can they do them too? Is there a limit on how many bands you can have?

    Hi Tammy!

    Thanks for your question. Any MagicBands you have-including brand new ones and those from previous visits-can be activated at any of the Guest Service locations throughout the Parks and Resorts. There is no limit to the number of MagicBands you can own and have in your My Disney Experience account but you can only have one MagicBand linked to one active Park ticket, Resort Hotel room, and other parts of your My Disney Experience account at a time. Keep in mind that you are able to link these things yourself by logging in to your My Disney Experience account and following the instructions there. The process is easy and makes it possible for Guests to make changes and adjustments to every element of their magical Walt Disney World vacation!
