Hello, if i purchase the Canadian Resident tickets for 2019 - can i link them to my disney experience app and/or Magic band in advance (I would like to choose Fast Pass in advance)? Or do i need to physically be there at Disney to activate the tickets?

    Hi Caroline,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question! The Canadian Resident Theme Park Ticket Offer really is a great deal and I’m thrilled to hear that you’re thinking of purchasing that Special Offer.

I’m happy to say that you can absolutely link those specially priced Theme Park Tickets to your My Disney Experience account (and, therefore, your MagicBands) before arriving in Walt Disney World Resort. This means that you’ll be able to make your party’s FastPass+ selections either 30 or up to 60 days before your arrival (depending on where you’re staying). The only catch is that, in order to actually use them to enter your first Theme Park, you’ll need to activate them at Guest Relations at any Theme Park or at Disney Springs.

I hope my answer helps you plan a practically perfect Disney Day! Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,
