    Do we have to purchase bands for entrance or do we still have a card for our entrance to parks?

    A warm welcome to planDisney. Thank you for sending us your great question about MagicBands and admission cards.

    Richard, you do not need to purchase a MagicBand if you do not wish to do so. Your Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket makes you eligible to receive a complimentary admission card. You will be able to claim your admission card upon your arrival at any Walt Disney World Resort theme park ticket booth.

    Additionally, you can also use Disney MagicMobile service. This service allowed you to use your compatible cell phone or Apple Watch to enter the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks. Please click here to learn more about Disney MagicMobile service.
