I just purchase annual passes and I wanted to know how this works. It’s my first time buying them. I was told by the Disney chat that I would receive a magnet by mail within 5-7 business days but I haven’t received anything yet.

Congratulations, Yesenia, on becoming an Annual Passholder at Walt Disney World Resort! I am an Annual Passholder, too, and I can't begin to tell you how happy it makes me to know I can walk into Epcot, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom Park and Disney's Hollywood Studios whenever I want for a WHOLE YEAR. Woo-hoo!

I did receive a cool magnet after I purchased my Annual Pass last September. However, if I remember correctly, it took a few weeks until I received mine. I suspect your magnet is or will be on its way soon.

If you like car magnets, I have good news for you! Annual Passholders can pick up two additional free limited edition magnets at Epcot this spring during the 2018 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. If you show your Annual Pass in the interior hallway to the right of Club Cool in Future World between February 28th and April 8th, you will receive an adorable spring-themed Mickey magnet. Then, if you present your pass at the same location between April 9th and May 28th, they will give you the matching Minnie magnet. I can't wait to get mine and add them to my collection on the refrigerator in my office.

Enjoy every minute of your Annual Pass, and don't hesitate to stop back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any future questions for us. We'd love to help!

Sending best wishes and pixie dust,
