Where do I purchase annual passes online? I don’t understand why the website is so confusing

Hi, Khayla! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to see us with your question today.

I'm so sorry you're having trouble finding what you're looking for on the website. Unfortunately, as part of the phased reopening process, sales of Walt Disney World Annual Passes are still on hold for now. That explains why you've been unable to find them, although I know you must be disappointed at the news. Be sure to check back periodically on the Parks and Tickets: Know Before You Go page on the Walt Disney World website. It's updated frequently as the situation changes, so you'll be sure to see any announcements of new Annual Passes returning there.

While we wait for Annual Pass sales to resume, you can take advantage of a Florida Resident Ticket Offer that Disney announced not too long ago. Right now, we Floridians can get a 40% discount on the price of 4-Day Tickets. It's a pretty nice deal that will hopefully fill the gap for a bit until we can buy Annual Passes again. And if you'd like to make a mini-vacation out of your Walt Disney World Resort visit, there's also a Florida Resident discount on select Disney Resorts Collection hotel stays from now until July 10!

Khayla, I know this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but I hope you can still enjoy a bit of Disney magic. Keep a weather eye out for updates, and do come back and see us again if you have any more questions!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
