    Can I purchase an annual pass at the gate or hotel if I don’t want to do it online

    Hi Gordon! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    You must be SO excited to become a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder! Not only does this mean that you will get to visit "The Most Magical Place on Earth" more often, but you will also be able to take advantage of the many benefits like dining and merchandise discounts, complimentary theme park parking, PhotoPass photo downloads, and special Passholder events. You will love it!

    I am happy to say that you can purchase Walt Disney World Annual Passes at any Walt Disney World theme park ticket window or Guest Relations, including Guest Relations at Disney Springs, when you arrive. When I picked up my Annual Pass, I stopped by a theme park ticket window and it didn't take long at all! Disney Springs Guest Relations is also a great option if you would like to purchase your Annual Pass on a day that you aren't going to the theme parks.
