Can I purchase my annual pass at Disney Springs?

Hi, Paola, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I always love it when I get a chance to chat with another Sunshine Stater!

I'm so excited for you to join the Florida Resident Annual Passholder family! Now more than ever, it's a great time for us to plan lots and lots of Disney days. There are so many amazing new things coming to the Walt Disney World Resort in 2019, and we're lucky enough to be right in the middle of all the fun!

Paola, you absolutely can buy your Annual Pass at Disney Springs. Just head to the Guest Relations location in the Town Center area near D-Luxe Burger, inside a cute A-frame building called the Welcome Center. The friendly Cast Members there will be happy to help you get your Annual Passholder adventure started.

If you're driving to Disney Springs to pick up your Annual Pass, you'll find the closest parking to the Welcome Center in the Lime Garage.

Once you have your Pass, you can start taking advantage of all the discounts available to Annual Passholders - including a ton of them right there at Disney Springs. You can stop for lunch or do a little shopping and break in that Annual Pass right off the bat!

I hope this helps you enjoy many Disney days to come, Paola. If you have any more questions, please stop by and see us again. We're always here to help!

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
