I want to purchase an additional day ticket to add to my package. We already have 4-day, want to make it a 5-day ticket.

    Hi Lauralea! Welcome to planDisney!

You are just a few shorts months away from making the trek across the country to the Most Magical Place on Earth! If you are anything like me, you probably are starting to daydream during the day about all of the fun experiences you are going to have. Around this timeframe, I start checking the My Disney Experience App for wait times at each of the parks to try to get an idea of how to plan our days. This part of the process is one of my favorites because all the magical moments that are out there waiting to be experienced!

When in the planning process, it's tough to nail done the exact amount of park days that you will need. Luckily, Disney makes it extremely easy to add these on. You'll need to call the Exiting Tickets line and speak to a Cast Member for assistance. They will be able to make this change for you and can also add on any additional services you may need, such as the Park Hopper Option or Disney Genie+.
Note: Park Hopper will need to be purchased for your entire length of stay. Disney Genie+ can either be purchased prior to your visit for the entire length or singularly on each park day.

Now that you will have more days to explore Walt Disney World, I recommend taking a slower approach to the park or parks that you plan to visit multiple times. There are countless experiences to be explored that you simply can't fit in on one day. My family has found that our best days at the parks are the ones where we pick out a few must-dos and prioritize those. This way, nobody will be disappointed if we couldn't get to it all and we saved some new experiences for the next day.

Also, be sure to make your theme park reservations for the exact dates you wish to visit each park. I wouldn't want you to have to switch your plans around due to the park not being available for your dates. You can always make changes to your itinerary once you have your reservations locked in.

Lauralea, I hope this information helps you with your upcoming stay! Have a magical vacation!

    See ya real soon!
