Hello, I have purchaced a meal plan with my resort stay. It comes with a refillable mug, I have read that you cannot use the mugs at the parks. Is this the case with the mugs that come with the dinning plan as well?

    Hi, Heather!

Refillable resort mugs are provided with the Disney Dining Plan (1 per guest), or can be purchased separately if not on the Dining Plan. Enjoy unlimited refills of soft drinks, coffee, tea, or hot chocolate. The mugs have unlimited refills at any of the resorts, but not at the theme parks. A beverage is included with your meals on the Disney Dining Plan, so a drink will be provided when using a dining credit whether it a Quick Service or Table Service meal. You can also use a Snack Credit for a soft drink or bottle of water.

Because the mugs do not seal water-tight, I suggest leaving your mugs in your room before heading out to the theme parks for the day.

My favorite part of the refillable mug is when I can lounge at the pool and make my darling kids run to refill my mug as needed. Now that is what I call magical!

Have a wonderful time in Walt Disney World!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
