Hey there, Alexis! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with your question today. Walt Disney World is an incredibly family-friendly place, and that is definitely true even for families with the smallest mouseketeers of all! Breastfeeding and pumping is easy to do at The Happiest Place on Earth!
First, take a peek at the
Park maps and locate the
Baby Care Center at whichever Park you will be visiting for the day. This will be a convenient spot to stop and pump whenever you need. If you have your little one with you, there are plenty of changing and feeding spaces inside, as well as a private room to feed! They also have baby essentials available for sale should you forget anything. I've even been able to easily refill my water bottle!
Next, look for the
First Aid Centers which are located very close to the Baby Care Centers at all four
Disney Theme Parks. There you will be able to obtain additional ice whenever you need it! You can also request small cups of ice at
Quick Service Dining locations throughout the Parks whenever you need a quick refresh. Coolers may be brought in, but please make sure they are no larger than 24” long x 15” wide x 18” high. Check out the
Park Rules for more details on this and other policies.
Alexis, I hope you find pumping for your little one quick and easy during your next visit to Walt Disney World! As a mom of two and a Pediatrician, I know how important it is to continue providing for your baby while making magical memories, and I commend you for doing so! Please know that we are happy to answer any additional questions you may have as your Vacation dates draw nearer.
See ya real soon!
