    When are public schools in Florida celebrating Easter break 2012? Is it the week before Easter Sunday or the week after? We are scheduled to stay in DW the week before Easter. We didn't know if it was busier the week before Easter or the week after.

    Hi Dee!

    You're in luck!  Public schools in Florida don't have an Easter break.  Most public schools in Florida have their Spring Break during March of 2012. 

    The crowds during the week before Easter and the week after are pretty equal.  I would think, though, that they would taper off a little after the holiday.  The good news is that the parks usually stay open later to accommodate the bigger crowds.
