Are there public phones in the theme parks as well as the resorts and in the hotel room? The majical ground transportation, Is a bus going to take me to my resort? How does this work if on my departure date I need a ride to a car rental

No cell phone? No problem. Each resort room has a landline phone and all the theme parks have pay phones. The most delightful pay phones in the Walt Disney World Resort are found in Epcot in the United Kingdom. Bright red traditional British phone boxes are tucked into an alcove ready for you to step into. For a list of some of the pay phones in the theme parks go to the Guests with Disabilities page, pick a theme park, and then click on Hearing Disabilities. Midway down the page the locations for some of the park's pay phones appears.

Disney's Magical Express is a complementary bus service that will take you both to and from the airport and your Walt Disney World Resort. You will not need a rental car to take you back to the airport. Before your vacation is over you will receive a Transportation Notice that will have your Magical Express departure time and instructions on how to complete your airline check in from your resort. Call (407) 939-6244 before your departure to book this service.

Please contact the Walt Disney World Moms Panel if you additional questions.
