Hi there Rebekah, and welcome back to planDisney!
Thanks for stopping by to chat about your upcoming winter getaway. There's nothing better than escaping to sunny Florida when Elsa is making things chilly up north. My family and I love to take advantage of dining al fresco while we're enjoying Olaf-approved weather. I'm happy to share a list of table-service restaurants currently offering outdoor seating, but keep in mind this could change by the time you travel, and there is no way to guarantee a specific table when making a reservation; let the Cast Member know your wishes at check-in, and they'll do what they can to meet your needs.
In the hotels of the Disney Resorts Collection, the following lounges and restaurants feature open-air or outdoor seating.

Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort

I hope this is helpful, Rebekah! My family and I have enjoyed finding new places to dine outdoors on our recent Walt Disney World visits. I didn't include quick-service dining on my list, since almost all of these locations have outdoor tables, and if not, it's fairly easy to carry counter-service food to another spot. Happy holidays, and best wishes for a magical winter getaway.
