Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Debbie ~
Your trip is just hours away and I know you're too excited to sleep! I try to be as prepared as possible whenever I am visiting the parks at the Walt Disney World Resort. I am not sure of the ages in your travel party, but here are some things that I would recommend bringing:
* Comfortable shoes and clothing
* Ponchos and umbrellas if rain is in the forecast (I take an extra plastic bag to put them in if they get wet)
* Hand sanitizer
* Kleenex
* Extra phone charger (don't forget the cords)
* ChapStick with sunscreen
* Water bottle for each person (you can refill them in the parks - I bring disposable ones that I can toss when we're done)
* Wipes ( some for hands and the antibacterial ones)
* Sunglasses
* Hats or visors
* Jacket or sweatshirt if it is going to get cooler
* Snacks
* Autograph book and wider pen that makes it easier for the characters to hold
* Sunscreen
* Lotion
* Any medications that you may need (i.e., Advil or Tylenol)
* Band-Aids - these are available at
First Aid but I bring a couple just in case
* Safety pins
* Ziplocs - These are great for saving grapes or carrots for later that you don't eat during a meal. They are also great to put your cell phone in for the water rides.
* Any personal hygiene items you may need
* Pen, Sharpie, and small notepad
* A small personal fan - there are lots of them out there that have a small string that you can put around your neck
* Change of clothes if you have kids
* If you have a stroller, a ribbon to tie on the handle to make it easier to spot
I pack everything for the day in a backpack so that I can be hands free while I'm in the parks.
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
