Can you provide a link to the DAS service for setting up a video call with guest service to discuss options. I am based in the UK

Hiya Ronny - welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for stopping by with your question for our team of panelists! We love to help Guests just like you plan magical Walt Disney World Resort holidays, and I'm happy to answer your question today!

Walt Disney World's Disability Access Service (DAS) is a fantastic tool designed to help Guests who may have difficulty using the standard attraction queues. Currently, registration for DAS can take place on-site at a Theme Park Guest Relations location once you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort. At this time, online pre-registration for DAS is available only when a Guest is located in the United States. If you will be in the U.S. prior to your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, I suggest completing online pre-registration at that time (this link only works properly within the U.S.). That's the "video call" you're mentioning. Otherwise, Guest Relations should be your first stop at the beginning of your visit.

If you are able to register at least two days before the day you visit the parks, a Cast Member can assist you in making two DAS Advance reservations for attractions or experiences for those future park days. Once you're inside a Theme Park, you'll use the My Disney Experience Mobile App to make and hold one DAS return time selection at a time, on top of any DAS Advance reservations that may have been made ahead of time. So, if you visit the Theme Parks for five days, but complete your DAS registration on the first day, you can be eligible to book DAS Advance reservations for the last two days of the trip. You will still be able to make regular DAS return time selections throughout your entire trip regardless of when and how you register!

I hope this information is helpful to you, Ronny! This is a newer system for many Guests, so I always suggest speaking with a Cast Member once you arrive to get any questions answered and to learn more about any updates. Have a great time on your upcoming holiday, and be sure to check out all the deliciousness of the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival during your visit!
