    Do you provide a grocery delivery service that we can order from prior to our arrival? We have a child with very specific dietary needs and would prefer robot transport all his food by plane.

    Hello Ashley! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    My family and I will often order a few groceries during our longer Walt Disney World Resort vacations for some in-room snacking and on-the-go edibles we carry through the Theme Parks.

    Walt Disney World Resort does not directly provide Grocery Ordering and Delivery Service to Guests at Resort Hotels. There are numerous third-party vendors that provide the service and will have the food delivered to the Bell Services location at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Bell Services will even keep items refrigerated before you pick them up.

    I have also arranged for Guest Services to have my groceries delivered directly to my Resort Hotel Room in instances when it would be more convenient.

    Be careful when dealing with third party vendors that you are dealing with reputable companies with a record of excellent customer service.

    If you are already (or looking to become) a Disney Vacation Club Member, they offer a Grocery Ordering Service that delivers to many Disney Vacation Club Resorts that is as simple as filling out the attached Grocery Order Forms.

    If you are looking for a broader selection or require specific items for your child's specific dietary needs, your best bet is still an upstanding third-party vendor.
