Oh, I am so glad that you asked us this question. The short answer is: yes, there are many non-carbonated drinks to choose from throughout
Walt Disney World parks, resort hotels, and
Disney Springs.
When our kids were little, we only allowed carbonated beverages on special occasions. Because of that, they never liked soda until they became teenagers. (...and I am okay with that!) As such, we've grown accustomed to be on the lookout for interesting beverage options, so let's go over some of what you'll likely find during your visit.
First, if you are looking to enjoy an icy cold drink at your WDW Resort Hotel, take a look at the Quick-Service restaurant that's on property. We just returned from a stay at Disney's Riviera Resort where we loved using our Resort-Refillable Drink Mugs from our
Disney Dining Plan. At our QS location, we found several Coke Freestyle machines where we could blend so many different flavors--or find a new favorite! I'm a big fan of limeade, lemonade, and, on occasion, fruit punch, so this was a great way to stay hydrated after a long day of park-hopping fun.
In addition, you'll find most Quick-Service restaurants, kiosks, and Disney hotel gift shops also offer non-carbonated drinks such as juices, sports drinks, and lemonade as well. Just as easy to find as soda, for sure.
In the parks, I'm all about unique beverage options and, believe me, your granddaughter will have so many new treats to try! Just this past weekend while visiting
Disney's Hollywood Studios, I enjoyed a Tatooine Sunset (iced tea and lemonade blended with melon and blueberry--YUM!) from
Ronto Roasters while at
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge. As you tour, check out other unique, refreshing offerings such as Frozen Blue Raspberry Lemonade from
Anaheim Produce. So good!
At
EPCOT, head to China's
Joy of Tea to pick up a beautiful--and delicious--Honey Hibiscus Iced Tea or a Cherry Lime Slush at
Regal Eagle Smokehouse. While visiting
Animal Kingdom Theme Park, I'll never miss a stop at Pongu Pongu for a Night Blossom (layers of Apple and Desert Pear Limeade topped with Boba Balls) before leaving
Pandora. In
Magic Kingdom Park, head to
Aloha Isle for a delicious pineapple juice or an apple concoction served at
Gaston's Tavern: LeFou's Brew.
