    Hi Dawn! Guest comments and communications to Walt Disney World Resort can be sent by:

    Phone - U.S. Guest Information, (407) 939-6244

    In addition, you may receive a survey request via email or postcard to complete a survey based on your most recent visit to Walt Disney World Resort. This is an excellent opportunity to provide feedback about your Resort hotel, dining experiences, recreational activities experiences and overall visit. Most importantly, this is an excellent way to give accolades to Cast Members that provided excellent service and made your visit even more Magical.
