Hiya, Verity, and welcome to planDisney!
When I was a kid, I loved receiving Walt Disney World brochures in the mail or even while out and about in the Orlando area. Flipping through their pages and dreaming about all the attractions I wanted my family to do on our next visit was so much fun! Let’s get into the options that you have now in 2024.
Unfortunately, paper brochures are no longer mailed to Guests before their travels to Walt Disney World Resort. However, you can find an host of resources online to get ready for your holiday.
These are some of my family’s favorite ways to plan out our Disney adventures:
-Each theme park (
Magic Kingdom Park,
EPCOT,
Disney's Hollywood Studios, and
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park) has its own online webpage. Information about the Disney Resorts Collection hotels can be found on the Walt Disney World Resort website, too. The website is chock full of information and photos of restaurants, attractions, shopping, and so much more.
-Download the
My Disney Experience App. Get used to it before your visit because the more comfortable you are navigating its features, the less you’ll need to look at it while on holiday. You can look at the park maps to start getting an idea about which rides usually have longer waits and figure out how to easily
Mobile Order food and beverages. That’s just the beginning of the possibilities.
AN EXTRA GEM: Once you get to The Most Magical Place on Earth, you’ll find theme park maps near the entrances of each theme park. So, if you really want the complimentary “souvenir” or like to have the feeling of having a map in your hands, the option is there upon arrival.
I hope that this helps. Any one of the panelists here at planDisney are more than happy share their experiences with you.
Revisit us any time, Verity!
Magic always,
LeAndra
