Hello Walter! Thank you for dropping by planDisney with your great question, I'd be more than happy to help.
One of the great benefits of Disneyland Resort
theme park tickets is that you usually have a long window of time to use them before they expire. I'm not sure if you have purchased tickets already, but if you purchased a One-day ticket today, it would not expire until December 30, 2025. Multi-day tickets must be used within 13 days of the first use or by January 12, 2026, whichever comes first. As a reminder, you will also need a corresponding
theme park reservation for each theme park ticket for entry into the parks. The
theme park reservation availability calendar will be a great resource as you plan your trip!
Disneyland Resort theme park tickets are nonrefundable after purchased, so you will not be able to get a refund. However, if a wholly unused theme park ticket does expire, you may be able to apply the value of the unused theme park ticket to purchase a new theme park ticket, as long as it's of equal or greater value! Hopefully the expiration dates of the theme park tickets give you enough flexibility to find multiple dates that could work for you and your family.
I'm wishing you a wonderful trip, Walter! I recommend following the
Disney Parks Blog to explore all of the great upcoming events taking place at the "Happiest Place on Earth." Feel free to
come back to planDisney if we can help with anything else!
Have a magical day!
Melissa
