What are the Pros/Cons of staying on resort or staying off resort? I see lots of good deals for condos close to WDW and am wondering about what would be the difference?

Hi Heather! My number one tip to someone visiting Walt Disney World, especially for the first time, is to stay on property at a Disney resort. There is such a wide range of options to choose from, from the economically priced value resorts through to luxurious deluxe resorts. Click here to see all your options.  I truly believe the level of service, extras, quality of amenities etc. cannot be beat! Here are a few of the benefits you can take advantage of as a Walt Disney World Resort guest:

    - Complimentary transportation on Magical Express from Orlando International Airport and back is so convenient and saves you money.

    - Free transportation within all Walt Disney World areas - many other resorts offer transportation, but be sure to check on the times, as it can sometimes be only a few times daily. I love not having to drive while on vacation, and Disney buses take us all over!

    - Extra Magic Hours are for Disney Resort guests only, who get to enjoy extended theme park hours, often up to three hours past closing time!

    - Package delivery is super handy - buy anything and it can be shipped for pickup at your resort. No lugging bags around!

    - Enjoy the savings and convenience of Disney Dining Plans. There are several options to choose from!

Hope this helps Heather! Write us back with any other questions!
