    What are the pros/cons comparing the 3 monorail hotels? Is GF worth the extra $? Looking for very nice rooms, good pool and most convenient transportation. Some reviews I read are worrisome about quality for this much $. Thanks!

    Hi Elizabeth - My favorite of the three monorail resorts is the Polynesian.  It's super-convenient, since you can also take the buses and monorails from the Ticket and Transportation Center, and the theme is lots of fun.  However, many guests prefer the Grand Floridian or the Contemporary.  In my opinion, it really comes down to which theme you prefer.

    The Grand Floridian is beautiful, but may not be as "fun" as the Polynesian.  The Contemporary is most similar to standard hotels, but does have the novelty of the monorail running right through it.
