What are the pros and cons to the moderate resort hotels (not the cabins)? Trying to decide which one would be the best. We like a fun pool! It might be nice to have waterslides at our pool. Thanks for all of you great tips!

    Hi Jennifer!

A Disney Moderate Resort is a great way to save money and they are nice places to stay.  That said, I'm really only a fan of Port Orleans Riverside (however, I'm a huge fan and my family has stayed there many times).  The other Moderate Resorts are nice, but (with the exception of Port Orleans French Quarter) are too large in my opinion unless you have your own car.  Port Orleans Riverside is better than French Quarter in my opinion, because you have more food options, and the pool area at Riverside is much nicer (at least for older children who want a nice water slide).

If you have a car then I would also consider Coronado Springs and the Caribbean Beach Resort.  Both also have really nice pools that children love.

I hope this helps!  Write back if you have any more questions!
