I proposed to my fiance at Disney World last summer so we are going to Disney World on June 3rd for our honeymoon and I wanted to do something special. I've looked up everything I can and I am just wondering is there something out there really special?

    Hello Nick!

I honeymooned at Walt Disney World and it was completely romantic and fabulous.

One of the most amazing things we did was take a Specialty Cruise for a viewing of Illuminations.  We had our own pontoon boat (with driver) and ordered some yummy treats from Private Dining to snack on while we watched the show.  It was truly incredible.  You can call 407-WDW-PLAY to book the Specialty Cruises.

My other suggestion would be to make plans for a really romantic dinner at Victoria and Albert's ad Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa.  It's the most romantic place I can think of to dine.  It is quite expensive, but worth it for your once-in-a-lifetime honeymoon.  You'll have an amazing meal with impeccable service, and you'll receive a few mementos of your magical dinner.   You can call 407-WDW-DVNA to book your table.  If you really want to go all-out, you can see if there is availability for the Chef's Table.

Make sure you pick up your "Just Married" buttons (or some fabulous Mickey and Minnie bride/groom ears) to wear around the parks.  We loved all of the smiles and congratulations we got from both Cast Members and guests alike.

Please come back and see me again if you have any other questions about planning your magical honeymoon.  I'd love to help you make it a trip you'll never forget!

    Have a Disney day!
