I would like to propose to my better half while dressed in the Donald Duck mascot suit (her favorite). We are planning on going over to Disney world in October of this year for her birthday and I was thinking I might make it a bit more special.

    Welcome to planDisney, Brayan!

As Donald Duck once said, "Happiness is the richest thing we will ever own." I'm sure your better half will feel extremely rich after you pop the question. However, I must ask: Are you going to ask her to marry you in Donald Duck's voice? If so, I'll need you to send me the video footage of that, please, and thank you.

Let me try and help you make this the most magical experience, Brayan. Now, unfortunately, costumes may not be worn in any Disney theme park by Guests ages 14 or older. Unless, of course, you are attending Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

If you're looking to add some extra pixie dust to this trip, then Disney’s Fairytale Weddings & Honeymoons can actually help you plan a "practically perfect" engagement. If you fill out this online form they'll be able to help you plan your special day. You can also visit the Enchanting Extras page on the same website for some romantic ideas. I'd recommend the Capture Your Moment photo sessions. These personalized 20-minute photo sessions—available at Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Animal Kingdom, or Disney's Hollywood Studios—will give you professional engagement photos. Each Capture Your Moment photo session will give you the opportunity to get magical shots in multiple locations within the Theme Park of your choice.

Speaking of photographs, you might want to consider purchasing the Memory Maker for your trip. You can never have too many photographs of such a momentous occasion!

If you'd like to celebrate your engagement with a memorable meal, then book a table at one of the many world-class restaurants on property. Victoria & Albert's is the culinary crown jewel of Walt Disney World Resort and offers a supreme dining experience. If you'd like an exceptional meal with a stunning view of Disney Enchantment, I'd also recommend California Grill. Make sure you let your servers know that you're JUST engaged so that they can celebrate with you.

Finally, I'd recommend stopping by any gift shop or Guest Relations location at any of the theme parks and getting some complimentary celebration buttons. Let a Cast Member know that you've just got engaged and they will find you the perfect button.

I'm sure your "Daisy" will have the BEST. DAY. EVER! Thanks for stopping by planDisney, Brayan.

    See ya real soon!
