Hi! What is the proper military I.D. to bring. My dad was able to get a discount on the room but when he went to buy park tickets he was told it was not the proper I.D. He is returning Dec 2012. He hopes the discount is extended so he can get it then!

    Hi Michele!

Thanks so much for your question.  I, too, am hoping the promotion is extended!  It's such a great program for military families like ours.

In order to purchase the four-day special offer military tickets, you father will need to present a valid military ID.  Eligible guests must be either Active Duty (or AD reservists), retired (with a retiree military ID), or disabled veterans whose ID cards state DAVPRM.

I hope that clears up the ID confusion.  If it doesn't, please feel free to write back to me with the type of ID he presented last time so we can get it figured out!

    Have a magical day,
