Is the propane available at the campground?

Howdy Larry and welcome to planDisney!  We're so glad you stopped by with such a great question about vacationing at Walt Disney World Resort

The 750 acres of natural beauty at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground is such a delightful choice of accommodation, whether your family is planning on camping, parking an RV, or staying as my family often do, in one of the rustic home-sweet-home-away-from-home style Cabins.  I would even go as far as to say that The Fort could be considered a destination within its own right because it offers Guests so many fun Recreation opportunities and benefits from a plethora of wonderful Amenities.

I would imagine that most happy campers arrive at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground with a fully loaded RV or trailer complete with all their necessary camping supplies.  But, if something did get left behind at home, or if tanks were running low, I'm happy to share that Guests will find a selection of many day-to-day grocery and camping sundries (including propane gas tanks) are available for purchase at the Meadow Trading Post

You will find the Meadow Trading Post merchandise store is conveniently located right next to the Meadow Swimmin' Pool with its rootin' tootin' 67 foot-long corkscrew slide and zip-a-dee-doo-dah kids splash-pad play area!   This practically perfect in every way swimming pool is just right for cooling off after a busy day enjoying everything that's on offer within the Disney Theme Parks, or from partaking in a little retail therapy at Disney Springs.

Larry, if you have any further questions about Things to do in Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to planDisney to ask me another question!

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
