    When promos come up prior to the vacation date such as free dining plan or a discount of select hotel and room - how do we get those promos added to our vacation or is it even possible to take advantage once the vacation is booked? Prior to final payment

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am always on the lookout for ways to save a bit of money when planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It's always exciting when you see a Special Offer that might work for your vacation dates. You can have a Special Offer added to your vacation package if they are available for your resort and room type. You do have to act fast. 

    If you booked your vacation directly with Walt Disney World Resort, then you would call (407) 939-1936 to find out if a Special Offer is available. If you booked your vacation with a travel agent, your travel agent will need to make the call. Special Offers do sell out quickly. The Special Offer may not be available at the Resort Hotel you have chosen but may be available at another resort hotel. It may be worth choosing a different resort hotel to save money.
