    all of my profile guest , reservations, and tickets are no longer visible on my disney app

    Welcome to planDisney, Karen! 

    I’m sure you’re getting more and more excited with each day that passes! You’re so close to strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. and enjoying the sights, sounds, smells, and flavors of The Most Magical Place on Earth! Don’t forget to pack your Minnie Ears! 

    I’ve had my plans completely disappear from the My Disney Experience Mobile App before too! Never fear! We should be able to get your profile, reservations, and tickets showing up again soon! When this happens to me, I simply delete the My Disney Experience Mobile App, download the app again, sign in to the app, and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo - My information reappears! 

    If the deleting and downloading of the My Disney Experience Mobile App does not fix your problem, Karen, I’d suggest logging in to the official Walt Disney World Resort website to make sure your plans are still showing up there! You may also want to call a friendly Cast Member to ensure that your reservations, tickets, and information are still under your account! They may be able to help you locate the missing information on your app! 

    Don’t miss Taste of EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival during your vacation, Karen! This celebration of spring is one you won’t want to miss!
