Hello!! I am in the process of planning a WDW trip with my 2 year old for the end of August. She needs lactose free milk. Is there anywhere in the parks that I can buy this during our trip? We will be staying about 6-8 days. Thanks so much!!!

    Hi Bethany,

Lactaid milk is generally not carried in the parks, however, soy milk is readily available throughout the parks, resorts and restaurants.  When you make any table service reservations, you can also let the cast member who assists you know of your daughter's allergy/sensitivity, and a note will be added to your reservation.  You could also order lactaid from a grocery delivery service such as gardengrocer.com or wegoshop.com and have it delivered to your room refrigerator (along with any other groceries you are interested in keeping in your room).

    Have a wonderful trip!
