I am in the process of planning a trip to WDW in 2014, I want to make a character dining reservation, but not sure as to which one would be best for my girls. They are 2 and 7. They love mickey/Minnie and the princesses. thanks

    Hi, Amber!

What a wonderful trip you are planning for your little princesses!

A must-do dining option for any fan of Mickey and Minnie is Chef Mickey's at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Not only will you meet Mickey and Minnie, but the food is fantastic AND it's a buffet, so there is no waiting for you food to be delivered once you are seated; just get up and serve yourselves (a must-do when we're traveling with little ones.)

Of course, a meal at Cinderella's Royal Table is the highlight of many Guests' vacations, so consider bringing your little ones to a meal inside the Castle where several Princesses will greet you as you dine in this very magical place. At Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot's Norway Pavilion, you can also dine in a lovely setting with Princesses, too. You'll even leave with a commemorative photo keepsake from each of these venues.

At 1900 Park Fare at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, you'll find Cinderella's Happily Ever After Dinner, hosted by Cinderella and Prince Charming, where the Princess' storybook friends join in the festivities, too. This will be a really, really wonderful night!

Reservations open 180 days prior to check-in, Amber, so you'll want to call (407) WDW-DINE as soon as that window opens. Some of these venues are the most popular on WDW property, so they can book up quickly. You're planning early, though, so you should be able to secure the reservations you'd like, then go on to planning even more fun.

Send more questions as you think of them, Amber; we love to help!
