Hi, Deanna! Thanks for trusting the Disney Parks Moms Panel to help you plan your trip to the Disneyland Resort!
I order groceries each and every time my family visits the Happiest Place on Earth and have had them delivered to all three
Disneyland Resort Hotels. I have used Von’s several times in the past, but for my most recent visit this past spring, I used Instacart. You can also order through Amazon Fresh. Whichever service you decide on, make sure to use the hotel’s exact address for the delivery address. This can be found on
Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa webpage. In one of the delivery address fields, put your name and “checking in on [date].” If there is a field for delivery comments, you can put “deliver to Bell Services,” and again provide your name and the date you are checking in.
You do not have to be present for your grocery delivery unless your order includes alcohol. Otherwise, Bell Services will accept your delivery and keep your groceries in refrigerated storage until you arrive and your room is ready. Keep in mind that standard rooms at Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel and Spa have a mini fridge, but there is no freezer compartment nor is there a microwave in the room. However, there are Keurig coffee makers in all rooms now. When we visit, I like to order items for breakfasts in the room like single-serve cereal bowls, a half-gallon of milk, bagels, and cream cheese, plus snacks for the parks and bottled water.
I hope this information is useful. Please stop by again if you have any other questions about your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth!
