Hi! We are in the process of planning a family vacation for 21 people and Disneyworld is on the list. I'm curious to hear from anyone has planned for a group this large and hear any suggestion. We have a large age range with 4 separate families.

Hot dog, Jenny! I planned a vacation to Walt Disney World with 18 family members, and I thought that was a lot, chEARs to you for managing a party of over 20!

It sounds like you have a great vacation coming up. I can't think of a better place than Walt Disney World Resort to capture the magic for everyone in your party. Disney Springs and EPCOT for the adult foodies and shoppers, Fantasyland is made for the littles, and Disney's Hollywood Studios is thrilling for everyone in between!

I think the first place to start is where you all stay! Disney Vacation Club has fantastic Villa accommodations that can handle the size of your party. Their 3-Bedroom Villas sleep up to 12, so two could hold your entire family! The great thing about the Villas is that the 1-Bedroom or larger have full-sized kitchens, as well as washer & dryers. Having a kitchen is a great way to help your dining budget at the 'World, and also an excellent way to plan and recap the day. Having a washer & dryer in the unit is also super helpful with that many people!

The Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and Disney's All-Star Music Resort are also fantastic alternatives. They offer similar amenities (microwaves, multiple bathrooms, etc.), and sleep up to six adults. They might be perfect for your group, as each family could have their own suite!

Any of these options include the benefits of being a Resort Hotel Guest, including complimentary transportation to and from the airport via Disney's Magical Express, complimentary MagicBands, and early access to FastPass+ planning. The 60-day window will be super helpful when planning for your large party! One tip - Memory Maker is the perfect way to capture all of the memories that you are about to make. Only one person in the group needs to purchase it, and then you can link each other via the My Disney Experience app. The talented Disney PhotoPass Photographers will capture all of your magical memories, and you all can concentrate on the fun!

Jenny, if you have any other questions, you know where to find us. I wish you extra pixie dust with the planning!
