    What is the process to have a package delivered to the art of animation resort for a guest to pick up?

    Hello Stephen,  

    Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your question about having a package delivered to Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! But before I get you the answer you’re looking for, if this is your first time staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort, I’d be remiss not to highlight the spacious Family Suites, the Big Blue Pool (the largest resort pool on property), and the easy access to the Disney Skyliner which adds an extra layer of magic by whisking Guests away to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios with incredible views along the way. With all these perks, I’m always looking for my next excuse to book a stay at this fun resort!  

    To answer your question, I’d be happy to share how this process works so you can plan for a seamless delivery during your stay. Walt Disney World Mail Services makes receiving packages at your Disney Resort Collection hotel easy. To ensure everything is ready for you, you’ll want to follow these steps:  

    1. Address the package to the lead Guest on your reservation and include “GUEST” before their full name. *I've added my check-in date to be safe, but this isn't required.
    2. Add the name of your resort, in this case, “Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.”
    3. Include the resort’s full address and your arrival date. You can find the resort address by selecting Disney’s Art of Animation Resort on the Walt Disney World website and checking the Overview tab.

    Packages should arrive no earlier than one week before your arrival to allow time for processing through Walt Disney World’s internal mail system. Once the package reaches the resort, it will be held for you at the Front Desk/Bell Services or delivered to your room upon request. There is a small handling fee per package (currently $6.00, though this is subject to change).
