I am in the process of booking our first trip to the Disney resort in Florida. My husband and I have a 5 year old son and a three year old daughter. I would like your advice on booking a good resort and dining. My children love Mickey and Minnie!

    Hi Pamela,

Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!  Congratulations on planning your first vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!!  Well, we must first start with your budget.  How much are you willing to spend on a resort?  There are three categories of resorts - value, moderate and deluxe hotels.  I've stayed at all three categories and I must tell you that I love something about each hotel!

I do think you should look into the Disney Dining Plan.  It could potentially save your family in the long run.  Be sure to read more on the Disney Dining Plan options.  Be sure to make a dining reservation at Chef Mickey's since your little Prince and Princess love Mickey and Minnie!

Let me know if you have further questions!
