What is process boarding a bus to parks/resort with scooter and 4 family members? Do we all line up walking/driving through queue? Does scooter go to side, family go through queue and they all meet up to board? Don't want to anger anyone, seen that before!

    Hi Linda!

Typically there is a spot marked on the ground at each bus stop for scooters, ECV's, and wheelchairs to wait at.  Everyone in your party should wait with the person with the scooter and everyone in your party will board the bus right after the scooter is loaded on the bus (the scooter will be loaded on the bus after passengers exit and before new passengers enter the bus).  After the scooter is loaded on the bus and your party has entered the bus, then the rest of the Guests in the bus queue will board the bus (this is the way that Walt Disney World Transportation works so hopefully the Guests waiting in the regular queue line will be understanding of this).

I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
