    What is the process of applying new discount offer to existing Disney reservation?

    Hi, Karen!

    I just love when I find a better price for an upcoming vacation. My biggest piece of advice is to jump on it when/if you find it, as rooms available at any promotional rate are limited, so take advantage of any discounts as soon as you can. You do not want to miss out on saving money - money that can put toward your NEXT magical vacation!

    You have a few options to apply any Special Offers. One is to go to your My Disney Experience account. Under "My Reservations" you will want to click on where it says "Change Reservation" typed in a bold blue color. Follow the prompts to see if there is a better offer, and you can make the changes right there if available.
     
    I have changed a reservation in that way successfully, other times it would not work. If you are unable to do it yourself, or just feel better having a Cast Member help you, call (407)934-7639. Have your reservation number handy, and he/she will be happy to make any updates to your reservation. This will also be a good time to make any notations on your reservation, such as a room request, or listing an occasion that you will be celebrating during your vacation.
