Greetings, and a warm welcome back to planDisney, Barbara, thank you kindly for sailing in!

How positively excited you must be about your Walt Disney World Resort land stay followed by your sailing with Disney Cruise Line, you’ve created the ultimate Disney vacation, congratulations!

Barbara, in the event of a positive Covid-19 test result prior to sailing with Disney Cruise Line for anyone in your travel party, it would mean that everyone will be denied boarding whereupon you will receive a Denied Boarding Voucher for the entire amount of your sailing, or, if you wish, a full refund without Disney Cruise Line-imposed cancellation fees. Cancellation fees, however, for private, third-party providers for air travel and insurance are not refundable. And, lastly, in response to your question regarding a hotel stay if testing positive, Barbara, you will be responsible for making your own travel arrangements for accommodation and for your return home from the port (subject to change).

    Tips:
Please ensure you have secured your Disney Park Pass – Theme Park Reservations for your visit to Walt Disney World Resort in advance of your arrival. Download and update the Payment Method in the My Disney Experience App to facilitate app transactions for such vacation essentials as Mobile Food & Beverage Orders, adding the Disney Genie+ service on the day of your theme park visit and much more!

Download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage your cruise plans, keep up to date with daily schedules for activities, Port Adventures, dining, entertainment, and also communicate with fellow cruise mates via the Onboard Chat feature.

Refer to the Disney Cruise Line – Know Before You Go resource in preparation for your sailing and please complete your Online Check-In via My Reservations – Already Booked beginning at 30-days prior to sailing to select your Port Arrival Time, complete necessary documentation and register for any onboard activities.

Barbara, it was my pleasure assisting you today, and I will keep my fingers crossed for you all to be perfectly healthy for your voyage with Disney Cruise Line!

    Bon voyage,
    Jacqueline
