Ahoy there, Lisa! I’m happy to help you plan your arrival tomorrow.
As you approach the port area, ensure you have your cruise confirmation and a valid photo ID for the port authorities. Then, follow the signs directing you to the ship. The
Disney Dream departs from terminal four. Disney Cruise Line has its own terminal at Port Everglades but shares a parking garage conveniently adjacent to the terminal. The journey from the garage to the terminal is brief, and there are elevators available for your convenience, transporting you effortlessly to the first floor.
Parking is a breeze! Upon entering the garage, you'll receive a parking ticket. Parking rates can be found on the
Port Everglades website. Keep this ticket handy, as you'll need it to pay at the convenient kiosks and exit the terminal. I kept the ticket in my purse and paid for parking when we disembarked. There’s a kiosk near the elevators.
My family always opts for Express Walk-Off. Just keep your suitcases in your stateroom the night before instead of placing them in the hallway. Express Walk-Off typically begins around 8:00 a.m.; however, this is subject to change based on when local authorities clear the ship. Listen for the announcement that you can disembark. Remember to keep everyone's Key to the World card with you, as they will be scanned one final time as you exit the ship.
Wishing you smooth sailing and a magical journey, Lisa!
SEAS the adventure!
