    Hallo Frank!

As a fellow international traveler, it is my pleasure to welcome you back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Due to changes on Walt Disney World Resort operations, unexpired multi-day tickets with unused days or date-specific tickets valid for use beginning March 12, 2020 until the end of the current closure will automatically be extended to use any date through December 15, 2020. This means that you do not have to worry about selecting new dates for your tickets if you plan to modify your travel plans and visit the Walt Disney World Resort by December 15, 2020.

However, if you are visiting after December 15, 2020 or in 2021, you may use the amount you have already paid toward the purchase of new tickets for a future date. The value paid for your unused tickets will be credited to your Disney account for a future purchase. In this case, I recommend saving the original ticket confirmation numbers so you may use them as reference if needed. You may also contact your travel professional in the Netherlands or call +1 (407) 566-4985 for further assistance for dates after December 15, 2020.

I hope this helps you while planning, Frank. Please stop by real soon if you have more questions, we are delighted to help.

    Best magical wishes,
    Thiana
