Hello, Kasey!
I’m so glad you found
planDisney and brought us your
Disneyland Resort question. Wow-- your trip to the Happiest Place on Earth is just around the pixie-dusted corner! I bet you’re getting excited to explore all the magic that awaits you there.
Yes, as you mentioned, the tram from the parking structures to the theme parks isn't currently operating. However, there are a limited number of parking spaces reserved for Guests arriving in vehicles with a valid disability parking placard or license plate at the Mickey & Friends Parking Structure and the Pixar Pals Parking Structure. Guests who park in one of those locations must reach the
Downtown Disney District and theme park Esplanade by using a dedicated walkway that is closed to vehicle traffic. However, wheelchair and ECV rentals for
Guests with disabilities are available right at the parking structures for those who are unable to walk that distance if you think it will be an issue for you.
I hope this helps, Kasey, and that you have a practically perfect day at the resort! Please don’t hesitate to visit us again with more questions.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
