i had problems reserving restaurants on the walt disney site so i phoned the 800 number which was very easy, i do have confirmation numbers for the restaurants i've booked, but it wont let me use the confirmation number to login my profile? thanks

    Hi Lisa,

It's lovely to see a question from a fellow Brit!

You have absolutely no need to worry. When you make your advance dining reservations by telephone, they do not appear when you log into the Walt Disney World website like online dining reservations do and there is no way to be able to retrieve them so that they show up there.

When you arrive at each restaurant, you will be asked to provide your surname and the time of your dining reservation. Sometimes, you are also asked to provide your confirmation number.

So long as you have a note of the confirmation number for each advance dining reservation made over the telephone, you will not have any issues at all.

If you need any other help you with your planning, please feel free to visit us again and ask me another question or why not visit the My Holiday Planner website where you can watch a number of videos including my top tips which are aimed specifically at helping UK Guests plan their trips to Walt Disney World.

You will also be able to order a copy of the Little Big Book of Magic guidebook which contains pull out maps and insider tips to help you get the most from your trip as well as a Walt Disney Travel Company brochure and some other planning tools.

Wishing you a magical holiday filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
