Joann, welcome back home!
I hope your Disney Cruise Line voyage was picture-perfect! I’m sure you came home with many priceless memories. It can take up to 48 hours after your cruise to sync all the images to your account. Let’s head over to the
Disney Cruise Line website and look for your family’s photos.
It’s recommended that you use a computer to access your images. Sign in and navigate to Already Booked > My Cruise Photos. If you don’t see your smiling faces, don’t worry, you may need to link the pictures to your Disney Profile, especially if this was your first Disney Cruise.
Navigate to Already Booked > My Profile in the My Account section. Click “Membership & Passes.” You’ll see your Castaway Club ID next to the anchor. Return to Already Booked > My Cruise Photos and enter your 8-digit Castaway Club ID to link the photos to your Disney account. It can take up to 60 minutes for the watermark to disappear from the pictures once they are claimed.
The professional photos you purchased during your sailing are now ready to be shared, printed, and downloaded. Click the greyed-out check mark at the top right of an image in your gallery to download an individual picture. If you wish to download your entire gallery, click “Select all Visible Media.” You may notice that your pictures are downloaded in batches, depending on how many images you have. Unzip each folder and save your photos to the desired location. I recommend saving the
licensing agreement to your phone or computer should you need it.
I hope this information brings a smile to your face as you remember your time onboard. When you’re
ready to plan another voyage with Captain Minnie, sail our way again. My friends and I are ready to help you during the entire planning process.
SEAS the adventure!
