    Is there a problem with the website? I have tried to purchase park tickets using three different credit cards but the purchase will not go through.

    Welcome to planDisney, Partner. Don’t worry, I’m here to help. With your visit quickly approaching, let’s get those tickets purchased, reservations made, and get you on your way to Disneyland Resort.

    Good news, I do see availability for Disneyland, if you plan on purchasing a 1 Park Per Day Ticket. If you are purchasing Park Hopper Tickets, then there’s availability in both Disneyland and Disney California Adventure Park.

    I’m sorry you were having difficulties purchasing your tickets, Bailey. Let’s see what we can do to solve this problem. I first recommend checking your account information. Double-check the billing address, linked to your Disney account. If all the information is up-to-date on your Disney account, then I suggest trying to access the Disneyland Resort website using a different browser. Hopefully, this does the trick!

    If you are still running into tumbleweeds, then it might be a good idea to give the Disneyland Resort a call. A Cast Member there will be more than happy to help you with this purchase or provide the website support you may need so that you can purchase the tickets from home.
