    Hi Meredyth,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for bringing us another great question!  I'm so glad to hear you'll be taking advantage of Disney's Magical Express!  It's such a great service and it will put you in the Disney spirit from almost the moment you step off the plane.

Let me put any worries you have about those lost papers to rest.  As long as you've made your reservation in advance, your complimentary transportation will be waiting for you when you arrive at Orlando International Airport.  Since you're arriving after 10:00 p.m., you'll just need to collect your luggage and then head to Level 1 of the B Side of the Main Terminal Building.  Follow the signs to Disney's Magical Express and the friendly Cast Members there will take care of the rest.  I've visited Walt Disney World a few times in recent months and have been able to use my MagicBand every time, so you should have no trouble at all, but if you need it there's always help available just a few steps away at the desk.  Before you know it, you'll be on board the motorcoach and on your way to your hotel...and to making those magical memories.

I hope that helps, Meredyth, but if we can help answer any other questions, just let us know.

    Wishing you a pixie-dusted vacation!

    Beth
