Hi there, Thirard. Welcome to planDisney! Let's see if we can figure out the solution to the problem you're experiencing.
When you see this particular error message, it usually means that the ticket you are trying to use to make your
Theme Park Reservation already has the maximum amount of reservations you can make. For example, if you have a 3-day
theme park ticket, you can make 3 days of Theme Park Reservations and if you received this message, it would mean that you've already made three of them. You can check to see how many reservations you've already made by logging into your
My Disney Experience account, selecting "
My Plans" from the My Disney Experience menu, and scrolling down to the Daily Itinerary. If you have what's usually referred to as a "Disney Park Pass" on this page, that means you've made some reservations. You can modify them by clicking "Manage Reservation." If you aren't seeing any reservations, something else may be going on and you'd have to
call the resort. A friendly Cast Member will be able to help you!
One thing to note is that if you purchase a 1-day theme park ticket to the
Walt Disney World Resort, you usually have to select the theme park you want to visit and a Theme Park Reservation is automatically made for you. I'm not sure if that's an option for Guests living in your area, but even if it is, you would see the reservation in your plans. So follow the steps I gave you and you should be able to find your solution!
Thirard, I hope you get this resolved quickly and enjoy your visit to the resort. It's certainly a magical time to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Please reach out again with any other questions!
It's the most wonderful time to wear Mickey or Minnie ears,
Matt
