I'm sorry to hear you've run into some problems with linking your theme park admissions to your wife's account. The best way to do this is to have her log in to her Disney account and use the "
Link Tickets" page to manually enter the ticket ID you should have received with your email confirmation. This ticket ID number is also listed underneath the ticket's barcode. Once this is linked to your wife's account, any currently held theme park reservations will appear in the "
My Plans" section, or you can
follow the steps to make park reservations for the linked ticket.
Now, Robin, if this process doesn't help resolve the issue, I do suggest that you connect with a Cast Member by phone using the
Tickets line. They can look up the ticket ID and get it linked to the right Disney account for you. I also want to share with you the
email contact page for the Disneyland Resort Help Center, where you can send a message to a Cast Member. It's possible they may still direct you to call regarding your specific ticket questions, but you could start the process by email to see what your options are.
