Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! Sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with the
My Disney Experience mobile app, maybe the below suggestions can help!
First, I suggest signing out of the app then going back in; sometimes our phones just need a quick refresh. I also suggest updating your app, if you haven’t already done so. When you sign back in and go to the “Tickets and Passes” section of the app, pull down to refresh that section as well, hopefully your tickets will show up! Then you can try making those
Disney Park Passes for each member of your party.
If for some reason your tickets still aren’t showing up or you can’t make another Disney Park Pass reservation, I definitely suggest reaching out to the
My Disney Experience and MagicBand or
Existing Tickets help desks. You’ll want to have your confirmation number handy when you call. Hopefully, they’ll be able to pinpoint the issue and help resolve it!
Once everything is all set, I also suggest looking into
Disney MagicMobile Service which allows you to download your ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. It’s been really useful for me!
