I'm very sorry to hear that you've been encountering a problem with viewing Disney Dining online.
I've been online myself many times today and over the past weeks in both existing dining
reservations and creating or searching for new ones, with no problems
encountered and no report of system problems to us in that time.
You may wish to try clearing your cache or history in your browser. If there had been a temporary problem with the dining reservations system, your computer may be storing the data from the 'error' page in your system. Alternatively, you may wish you try an alternate browser. I've found in the past that I encounter problems with Firefox while Safari always seems to work well.
Be sure that you've signed in to your profile and click on the 'My Reservations' tab next to My Disney Vacation across the top of the navigation bar to view dining reservations you've already made, or visit the
Dining Reservations page to search for and make new reservations.
If you still encounter problems retrieving existing reservations in your profile, try calling a Disney Dining Cast Member at (407)WDW-DINE and ask to have your dining reservations linked to your resort reservation. Be sure to have your confirmation numbers handy at the time of your call.
