Jason from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Probably on the website somewhere, but can't find it. With the new opening happening, if you buy a single park, 5-day ticket, how quickly after your first use do you need to use the remaining days? Thanks!!

    Hi Jason,

Welcome to planDisney. I’m glad you’re here with your question for us.

It looks to me you’re starting to plan a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth, Jason. After an extended closure from the pandemic, so many Guests (myself included!) can’t wait to get back to the theme parks and soak in all the Disney magic. With Disneyland Resort theme parks opening up in less than two weeks (WOO-HOO!), people have started purchasing tickets and making park reservations since ticket sales resumed on April 15, 2021.

For multi-day tickets, you have 13 days after your first use to enjoy the parks. You don’t need to spend consecutive days at the theme parks (but if you ask me, I can probably go everyday if given the opportunity!) Once you use Day 1, your multi-day ticket will expire 13 days after the first day, or January 12, 2023, whichever occurs first.

I hope this helps, Jason. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to swing by planDisney again. We’re all EARS!

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
